Buy tickets that are already listed.
If a seller has posted seats that work for you, buy them at the listed price.
Buy what's available. Make an offer when it isn't. List tickets at your price. Waziv brings both sides together.
If a seller has posted seats that work for you, buy them at the listed price.
Name your price for any seat, a section, or a specific row. Keep several offers open on the same game at different prices or sections — you're not committed to one seat.
Pick the game and your seats, then name the price you want. Nobody sets that number but you.
Buyers post what they're looking for before tickets exist. You can see that demand for your game before you decide how to price.
A match needs compatible seats, the same number of tickets on both sides, and a price that works for both. When that happens, Waziv matches them. The buyer completes payment, the seller transfers the tickets, and the order moves forward.
You can follow every order, offer, and listing in My Waziv.
Buy listed tickets directly, or complete your purchase after your buy offer is matched. Posting an offer or receiving a match does not itself charge your card.
Payments are processed and held by our payment provider. Seller proceeds are released only when Waziv’s payout conditions are met.
Sellers normally have 24 hours to transfer your tickets. For purchases made within two hours of the game, the deadline is 10 minutes, with a five-minute grace period. Check your order for the exact deadline.
Submit your claim from the order page no later than two hours after the game’s scheduled start. The seller has 24 hours to provide transfer evidence. Waziv reviews the claim, with a resolution target of 48 hours from when it was opened. If the review confirms non-delivery, your full payment—including the Marketplace Fee—is refunded to your original payment method.
Eligible seller proceeds are released to the seller’s payment account eight days after the event, provided no unresolved claim or other payout restriction applies. Arrival in the seller’s bank account takes additional processing time.
Seller identity verification and payout-account setup are handled through our payment provider. See our Terms of Service and Waziv Assurance for the full rules.
Yes. Offer on different sections or at different prices for the same game at once. You're not limited to one.
Post an offer anyway. Sellers can see what buyers are looking for, and that's often what brings tickets to a game.
Yes. The quantity has to match — an offer for two seats can only match a listing of two seats.
The seller, always. Waziv never sets or suggests a price on your behalf.
When your purchase completes, your other active offers for the same event and ticket quantity are automatically cancelled.
The full price, including the Marketplace Fee, is shown before you commit to anything.
